Why am I pretending that a stranger on the internet is my best friend?
Because she introduced me to some of the best cookies I’ve ever had!
If you like small, hard cookies with only a little flavor, then don’t make these cookies.
BUT if you like really big, soft cookies that are BURSTING with sweet peanut butter flavor and make the entire house smell like Santa’s workshop (or at least how I would imagine his workshop to smell … ), then these cookies are for you!!
Jessica’s recipe is called “Puffy Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chips.” And the name really says it all.
I followed her recipe to the letter, with only one exception …
… I used these beauties, rather than normal chocolate chips.
And after pouring the quantity I needed for the recipe, I may have snuck a few morsels for myself …
Shhh … don’t tell Brandon!

Do you prefer cookies straight out of the oven, or do you like to wait until they’ve completely cooled off?
My husband recently informed me that he does NOT like them straight out of the oven!!! This idea completely blows my mind.
