I also started and ended my workout on the treadmill, doing 10-15 minutes of fast-paced walking, and changing up the incline every few minutes.
This workout definitely got my heart racing, and left my legs feeling like rubber the next day! ![]()

And then for good measure, the day after my workout, I met these ladies …
… for dinner at EO Burgers.
(Those pictures are from this summer, by the way. Hence the sunglasses and short-sleeved shirts. I was too busy eating to take pictures the other day.
)
A massive burger and herb-rubbed fries. And enough ketchup to cover a small child. I think this meal may have voided out my awesome circuit-workout, but it was still very, very worth it. ![]()
Question for ya …
Do you enjoy doing circuit workouts? What are your favorite exercises to incorporate?
Whatcha up to this weekend?
What do you put on your burger?
Personally, I’m a fan of just pickle and ketchup!

I’m actually not a hamburger person- I don’t like the texture- I’m weird, haha. But those fries look so good!

Tell him it’s all my fault haha!
i LOVE circuit workouts – they’re my favorite way to weight train! looks like a great workout!
i love a ton of ketchup, a little honey mustard, lettuce, and tomato on my burgers.
and your hamburger looks incredible! now i’m craving one… yes, even at 8:30 AM.

I LOVE honey mustard, but I don’t think I’ve ever had it on my burger! I gotta try that!
Your burger and fries look mouth-watering; which is kind of sad since I haven’t even eaten breakfast yet
My fav thing to put on a burger is lettuce, avocado, mustard, fried egg (weird I know), and ketchup. Onion rings don’t hurt either, but I’m afraid it would be near impossible for me to even take a bite out of it because of it’s massiveness.

I’ve heard that the fried egg thing is good, but I’ve never tried it before!
That looks like such a great circuit!! I just may try it out this weekend
. And man, now I’ve got a craving for a burger haha. Hope you have a fantastic weekend girlie!!

Same to you, my friend!!
i know i should comment on the circuit workout, but all i want to talk about is that burger — it looks soooo good! it’s been a while since i’ve had a hamburger – might have to make myself one this weekend. =)

Haha I knew I liked you for a reason, Amy!
That circuit looks awesome and is totally do-able at home which I love!
Those fries looks soo good they are making me hungry. I’m the same with burgers…as I have gotten older, the less I want on them…cheese, pickles and maybe some mustard, squish and eat! Happy girl.

I’m getting hungry, too, reading all of these comments with awesome burger-topping ideas!
I LOVE circuit workouts!!! I actually did a great circuit this morming that I’m posting about tonight – thanks to your post I now know about Lindsay’s idea and will link to her blog. Thank you! My favorite moves to include are pushups (all variations), box jumps, and windmills (Pilates abs move).
I love putting “weird” things on my burgers as well as the usual condiments. Avocados, caramelized onions and jalapenos, and laughing cow cheese are some of my favorites!

Ooh the carmelized onions sound really awesome!
First and foremost, I love that you had a burger after – that’s why I exercise – so that I can eat what I want!
Personally, I prefer nothing on my burger. Just meat and bun, and perhaps a little cheese.
As for circuits, I used to just run and I thought that was getting in a good workout, but I recently started incorporating circuits into my weekly workouts, and I am (1) enjoying it and (2) I can tell that it is helping with my running and my body strength! And, ps…I love your post, inclusive of pictorials because half of the time I don’t actually know what the circuit moves I am doing are actually named!

Haha I don’t like when people post the names of the workouts they did without pictures or an explanation … I never know what they’re talking about!!
YUM! Love me some hamburger. Which, is why I tagged you in my last post. Hope you don’t mind.
