Happy Friday, everyone!! ![]()
(P.S. Did anyone used to watch “Friends?” I was trying to channel Chandler with that post title. And yes, I’m “that girl” that has to explain her jokes because she’s not very funny.
)
Today’s post is probably going to be the most random post that I’ve written to date. Why, you ask? Well, no good excuse … I just have a lot of random things to share with you! So why not throw them into one, big, messy blog post?? ![]()
Random comment #1: My mom’s miniature Schnoodle (key word: miniature) is almost as big as I am.
Mom, seriously … consider some doggy-diet food!
Random comment #2: Many thanks to my tech-y friend, Dustin, for finding a way to get this picture off the official website for me.
(Source)
Now Dustin, when I get in trouble for copyright infringement, will you also bail me out of jail? K, thanks. ![]()
Random comment #3: Tim Tebow may not be the world’s best quarterback, but he is one of the world’s coolest people (at least in my book).
Case in point:
You go, Tim Tebow.
Random comment #4: I am never taping my feet again.
My trainer friend, Mike, wrapped my feet in some type of athletic tape the other day, to see if the arch support would help me with my shin splints.
Um, forget running. I couldn’t even walk. Seriously. It took me about 3x’s longer to walk to my car that day. By the time I got home to change and go run, I had already ripped all of the tape off. So not worth it, my friends.
After I tore off the tape, I went to Wal-Mart and bought these:
Dr. Scholl’s arch supports (which cost about $10, for those who might be interested). I am now slowly starting to use them, to see if they’ll help with the shin splints. I wore them to work one day, and I walked a mile in them the next day. Then I ran less than a mile in them. I’ll keep you guys updated on if they help or not! ![]()
Random comment #5: If you have never seen this video, you need to watch it. It will make your Friday!
Have a great weekend, everyone!!
Question for ya …
What are you doing this weekend?
Brandon and I are supposed to be going to a Cleveland Brown’s game with some friends on Sunday. Fingers crossed for good weather! ![]()
Ever taped your feet (or any other part of your body, for that matter)? For what purpose?

I LOVE Friends and totally got the reference!

Have a great Friday!

Thanks, you too, Gretchen!
Okay, so Tim Tebow just became one of my new favorite people. I’m not a huge football fan so I hadn’t really heard a lot about his shout outs on the field– but I LOVE that he stays focused on Christ in the midst of the publicity he receives!
WOO GO TEBOW!

Seriously, if ONE more person rags on tebow Im gunna flip. No one can handle that he is simply a GREAT person!! They want him to stop praying on the sideline?! Well how about they get the stinkin camera out of his face and let him have a moment!! But NO, they have to get in on everything, and then people think they have the RIGHT to judge how he lives, even when they are bad people?!
Can you tell I really love this guy? I get a little crazy when people are mean to him lol Sure he may be unconventional in the QB spot, but if I had children, THAT is the guy I would want my kids to have all over their walls!
I love him, too. I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to be in the spotlight like that … when everyone is just waiting for him to mess up so they can criticize his faith. We’re all still human and we’re going to make mistakes, but he has to constantly be on his guard.
Loving your random comments this morning! Our plans this weekend include a date night tonight (woo hoo!) and decorating our house and tree for Christmas – can’t wait!

Aww enjoy your date night!
I loved “Friends!” I got your title the minute you mentioned that show. I would love to know how your friend got that pic. I want some from my last race. But the prices were ridiculous. Enjoy your weekend.
The prices are SO ridiculous! I don’t know how he did it. Obviously it’s not a picture I can print because it has writing all over it. But I thought it would be fun to post on the blog!
If it makes you feel better, I was definitely thinking Chandler before I even read the explanation!! I’ve been on a Friends rerun kick lately….

I got the Friends’ reference as soon as I read the title of your post!
I heart Friends.
I also love Tim Tebow’s response – we talked about it in chapel with our students yesterday. That young man truly has amazing character.
I’m teaching Zumba and going to a baby shower this weekend and not sure what else.
I used to have to tape my ankle in cheerleading in college so that it wouldn’t roll.

I hope it’s not too cold, too!!
I was a huge Friends fan! I am excited for this weekend, dinner at Hyde Park steakhouse and shopping in Columbus, LOVE dates with my hubby
Sorry you have to go to a Browns game, a Bengals game would be MUCH better
Have fun!
Aww have fun! That sounds like a great weekend! I’m not thrilled with the Browns’ game because it’s going to be cold and possibly raining. But I’m excited about seeing friends!
You know Friends is my favorite show ever! I’m gonna have to put in a DVD tonight since you mentioned them and now need to get my fix..lol. The picture is most likely done with PrintScreen, and then cropped. I just finished making a Tiramisu for a Tuscan-style dinner party tomorrow. Hope you have fun at the game!
