I need some advice, peeps.
This morning, Brandon and I planned on running 11 miles.
Instead, we ended up running 7 miles and walking the other 4.
So here’s what happened …
… I woke up energized and ready to go!

We started out around 7 am. The weather was perfect … crisp, cool, and sunny.
We ran down the same country road that we ran 10 miles on a couple of weeks ago. We ran 5.5 miles in one direction, and then we turned around to run another 5.5 miles back.
And I felt great! No problems whatsoever.
Around mile 5, we pulled out our energy sources:
We still had a few of these left from a couple of weeks ago. And they stayed nice and fresh because I kept them in a Ziplock bag.
