So I don’t know about you guys, but I really put my skin through the wringer in the summer. I’m out in the sun, I’m swimming in chlorine-filled pools, and I’m running on dusty hiking trails.
So I need to be even more proactive about my skin care regimen in the summer.
Some ways I take care of my skin:

I was a little skeptical (as I usually am) when I saw that they promised “visibly more beautiful skin in just one week.” Really? Just from a body wash?
But guess what? It’s been a week, and now I can actually see what they mean. And I like what I’m seeing! 
I’m actually feeling my skin get softer. I’m needing less moisturizer on my legs after I shower … and that’s even after shaving! And I’ve even noticed the skin around my nails is less dry than normal … which is huge for me, because I’m horrible about messing with the dry skin around my nails (gross, but true).

I don’t do anything special to be honest. I wash my face every day, put night cream on my face before I go to bed, and I try to lotion up my legs & arms after I shower. Nothing really different during the summer months since I’m not outside a TON. When I used to work at a pool, I’d pay a lot more attention to my hair and skin. My favorite spa treatment is definitely a massage!!!

Umm $500 bucks?! Sign me up! HA! I have a very basic sink care routine that could probably be better. Wash face, moisturize in the morning, lotion on after a shower (most of the time) and that’s about it. Honestly I think the best thing for my skin is the amount of water that I drink. Keeps me super hydrated!

What a great giveaway! I use AVEDA skincare (no chemicals or animal testing), and every night I use the gentle face wash, toner, eye cream, and face moisturizer. In the morning, I use the exfoliating face wash and the moisturizer. I put lotion on my entire body after every shower. My AVEDA makeup has spf in it as does the face lotion I use during the summer.

) part about the dry skin around your nails. I get that too, and it drives me absolutely bonkers! I’ve tried all sorts of things that don’t work, so I may have to look into this for sure! Thanks for the review!
