Hi guys! This is going to be a quick post, but I wanted to get some input from all of my “runner-friends!”
First of all, HELLLOOO humidity! I left my house at 7am this morning for a 4 mile run, and it was already 79 degrees and extremely humid. My legs felt good on the run, but it was the humidity that was so difficult. By the end, I felt like breathing was difficult.
Anyone have any tips on running in high humidity?
I will say that one thing that helped was this …
… the Nathan Quickdraw Plus. I bought it yesterday at Dick’s, because I’m sick of carrying a normal water bottle.
I love that this water bottle has a hand strap. It makes it so much easier to carry. And there’s a pocket for your keys or other small things you may need to carry (they say you can put a phone in there, but unless your phone is the size of a paperclip, I really don’t see how that’s possible ….).
